Scope of Work

Design and construct a 8-car carport with a galvanized steel structure, wave-style metal roofing, and an integrated storage area on one side. The scope includes: Site preparation (clearing vegetation and leveling the ground) Fabrication and installation of the steel framework Roofing and gutter installation Concrete foundation for pillars

Quality Standards

All steel materials must be hot-dip galvanized (rust-resistant and weather-durable). Workmanship must comply with Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) construction guidelines. The structure must withstand high winds and heavy rain (typical of Rwandan climate). A 2-year structural warranty will be provided upon completion. All paint/finishing must be UV-resistant.

Safety Requirements

Comply with all applicable construction safety regulations. Workers shall use appropriate PPE, ensure safe lifting operations, and maintain a clean and secure work site throughout the project.
